: MediaTakeOut.com learned that Kelly Rowland's upcoming album will be 100% dance music - no MORE R&B.
We could hate . . . but it ain't like her R&B career was going anywhere. So maybe it's a GOOD MOVE . . .
I think she look so fabu! She's killing it... I'm a straight woman but I love to go dancing at a *** club they don't care if they sweat the whole *** the spend money @ the bar and the can really dance no grinding and all that dumb ron brows or whatever his name is type of dancing he does! Anyway she made the right move bcuz r&b is dead! She may or may not b 1 of the reasons its dead but 1 things 4 sure its gone! We just got a few *** we hanging on by a thin string w/ r&b
So what, she looks cute. She's performing for her fans, and if her fans so happen to be predominately *** or *** are showing more support and buying her albums then why not? After all she is an entertainer. Its not like she seen french- kissing a woman on stage. No that would only shock me because it seems out of character for her.
kelly just doesn't have that IT factor. she's just not as talented as beyonce. if she was then she'd be a big star as well. I like her and everything, but maybe she should consider modeling or acting. if she continues to sing, she needs to get somebody major on a song. I can't see her being successful without destiny's child.
Music is in a transitional period. Real R&B doesn't even exist anymore. It's all about a pop-like rhythm riding of a techno, Hip-Hop infused beat. What Kelly is doing is bringing that United Kingdom music over to the states. U.***. likes the club songs, but America is more divided: you have the white population which is called "the masses," then you have the urban market (the minorities). We like more slow ballads with soul. Music is changing, get with it or get lost. I still hope she can come back and not lie in the shadows of Beyonce's succes...
MTO!!! Stop It!
Y'all make it seems like it's bad to perform at *** clubs and that dance music is only for the ***.
Last time I checked music is universal.
I think it's a good idea for her to step out of the R&B genre. The two songs When Love Takes Over and It's The Way You Love Me off David Guetta's album were great. She can pull it off.
Now y'all gonna be all over her azz if her album turns out to be good and all the *** make her number one!
