According to the British tabloid, which is one of Britain’s MOST READ newspapers, Matt is waiting for the right moment to propose, and when he does, Rihanna will say yes. Here's a excerpt from their report:

I don't think she'll get married, she's wayyy too young for that! Plus, in addition to that, rumors are circling around about that dude and I heard he used to beat his old ex-girlfriend. Also,it can help her mature and I bet she will be happier with Kemp than she was with Chris. Expect the unexpected. When y'all were saying Riri and Chris were cute together it turned out that they weren't even compatible.
