They get along because they are real women that care about their children, not a bunch of child-neglecting hoodrats. Their children are siblings and if the mothers can't get along, it's going to cause confusion and issues between the children. Despite what most people believe it really isn't about Wayne pimping or whatever. Some sisters really can get along and their kids are related. Unless you are a chicken head with issues there is no point hating on each other over some ***... all of them got it and all of them have kids so move on and be about the kids and your own life.
