But you and I have a differing opinion on how effective and widespread these attitudes are TODAY. There are racists on both sides, black and white. What I'm telling you is, for black people, it is mainstream to disparage white people amongst ourselves, and In my opinion, this is not as widespread among mainstream white society today. OK, good points about the asians, but how long we gonna use the racism excuse as to why we blacks don't excel in society. Some of them asian kids got struggles too. Some start school not speaking english, and do way better than us. Maybe we need to do more conforming to white society and we can succeed too. It seems to have worked for Barack Obama and many others.
By the way, I fully believe that many peoples views on race has alot to do with what part of the country you live in. I live in Cali, and I can tell you that a majority of the white folks I have interacted with on many levels are nothing like what yall describe. Look, their are @ssholes of every race, and I've met more than a few white ones. But I'm sure we've just had different experiences. What city do you guys live in ?

I come from a long line of two parent homes on both my mother and father's side. I graduated top of my high school class in 2008, and completed a 2 year Associate of Arts degree within my junior and senior year of high school in a program called Running Start on the President List, to then transfer to UW-Seattle where I'm earning a dual degree in Biology and English. I graduate fall 2010 and take the MCATS this summer.
Everyone in my family is either a doctor, nurse, teacher, principal, or business majors working in offices for big time companies such as Microsoft, Chrysler, Frito Lay, and Hershey all without conforming or selling out. We don't live to make white people comfortable but for us to live more than comfortably.

And I know lots of lovely beautiful successful IR couples that are nowhere close to what you describe. If you notice, the stories that mto posts about people who marry IR are successful good-looking people, and to me, this is why some sistas are so mad. Graduated college early with a degree in the medical field. I can count on one hand how many times I heard that woman cuss. Very commanding presence. And I think it's wrong for you to just put black women in that category. Because what a lot of people don't know is white women feel just about the same sentiments about Asian women dating their white men as black women feel about white women dating black men.

I don't doubt it. You got all kinds of *** online. Maybe my opinions are shaped by the fact that I talk to so many black folks, and it's like we keep a certain amount of hate inside us to protect us from the possibility of being screwed over by white people ? I personally ignore that hate and love all people based on their merits. I'ma keep it real. I've had lots of white people help me in more ways than my own people. I've ran into racists to, but more the former. That is my personal experience.

I agree and a lot of blacks do have psychological problems that passes on thru out generations. That's why I'm glad we can come and vent on public forums such as this to get our point across. I don't hate white people, I just have my views and I stick to them and I refuse to give them MORE praise on top of the praise that they already give themselves. As far as HIV in the *** community, that's all about anal. I'm far from an expert but I would guess there's allot of rape/*** in prison that is part of the reason it's so widespread in the "black community" as well.
Europeans were by no means immune to the plague. But there were some who after millions died were. You can see how the gene would propagate in a dwindling population like that and would give Europeans a higher immunity. Though still only estimated to be around 15%.
