Here's what the streets are saying. Apparently, when Michael was head of the Turks and Caicos he had access to a luxurious lifestyle. But he never put any of his assets in his name. So now, if a court were to look at his assets - it would appear that dude is FLAT BROKE!!!
Well MediaTakeOut.com's snitch is saying that dude is so upset with LisaRaye for putting him ON BLAST recently, that he's going to take her azz to court - and make her pay HIM monthly spousal support.

They said she never fulfilled her role as the first lady of Caicos. Never showed up to any of the women empowerment engagements. They said the only time she showed up was for a benefit for her. She embarresed the nature of the Turks Island and smeared their culture.

There are plenty of Caribbean islands with 'rulers'... for example Jamaica, Barbados, Bahamas, etc. They're actually countries just like the U.S. but led by a Prime Minister/Premier.
Turks and Caicos is a British Overseas Territory, currently ruled by a British-appointed governor. Its autonomous system of government was suspended in August 2009, after Lisa Raye's ex's (former Premier of T&C) cabinet's corruption scandal. Meaning, the Brits are currently in charge of their goverment.

Anyone notice on the intro for her show she says she's FAMOUS because she was in movieS like The Players Club?
