: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the estranged wife of Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade is going LAWSUIT CRAZY. Yesterday, Siovaughn filed a lawsuit against a her former attorney, claiming he failed to act in the best interest in their children during the couple's divorce.
But that’s not all. Siovaughn filed another lawsuit on behalf of her 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons seeks damages against film actress Gabrielle Union on the grounds that she broke up the marriage.
In the first lawsuit, against her lawyer, Siohvaughn claims that Lester Barclay of the lawfirm Dixon & Smith was appointed to be the advocate for her children during the divorce. According to her, Lester ignored reports of abuse or neglect by Dwyane Wade. It does not SPECIFY what type of abuse Dwyane reportedly did to his children.
The lawsuit against Gabby is even more out there. Siouvaugn is claiming, that she "apparently decided to take her role [as a seductress] . . . beyond the films and into the home of a married man .. . . in the presence of his two minor children."
Sounds like she’s really reaching now. Siouvaughn . . . girl . . . we know it hurts. But you need to move on. P.S. don’t forget to squeeze as much paper as you can outta Dwyane on your way out the door.
EDITOR'S UPDATE: Gabby's Legal Rep reached out to us to shed light on the situation. Apparently Siovaughn is suing on her CHILDREN'S BEHALF because teh court THREW OUT the claim on her OWN BEHALF. Here's what Gabby's lawyers say:
Each and every allegation made is entirely false. Ms. Union wasn't in the state of Florida or Illinois where and when each of these allegations are said to have occurred.These false accusations were previously made approximately one month ago in family court. Not only was Ms. Union not named a defendant at that time but the court ultimately rejected these claims as frivolous.
Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need.

The lawsuit that was filed on behalf of the children is asking Gabby fo $50,000. If Siovaughn were doing this for notariety or money, she could have wiped her bank account CLEAN!
Hawaii, Illinois, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Dakota, and Utah would have allowed Siovaughn to sue Gabby for "alienation of affection" or "criminal conversion" for being a home-wrecker.

As a previous commenter said, he is acting like a hormonal, irresponsible teenager rather than a role model and mature adult.
