If they are referring to J saying he *** Nas' baby momma, it was his oldest daughter's mother, not the child he has w/ Kelis. You'd think a urban blog (cough *cough)would at least be on top of it's urban music game if they are going to bring it up as part of a story. By the way, Nas won that beef when he dropped "Ether." LOL
That's because Jay-Z aint stupid which is why he's more successful. Nas tries to come off as some intellectual but the guys a moron. Jay-Z would have never married a low rank broke singer. That'd be like him marrying Kelly instead of Beyonce! Never would happen! Beyonce has her own paper and would never humiliate herself by dragging Jay in court for money. Kelis is a nut case and should be institutionalized.
@TDR25 -- Not to mention that Jay-Z actually signed Nas to Def Jam once he became a president of the company. So regardless of what other think, Jay knew enough to sign Nas --better to have him as a confidant than an enemy. But of course, Jay was all about promoting himself and used the budget on promoting himself instead of artist like L.L. and others....and so he lost that gig.
What do their personal lives have to do with the battle between Jay-Z and Nas on wax? Yeah, Nas don't know how to pick his women, but he KILLED Jay in the battle. No doubt about that. Who cares how much money he has. And Kelis is a clown. I don't like her anymore. She used to be different and fresh when she first came out but now she's a big walking circus show.
Somebody is obviously is a Jay-Z fan, even though dude lost to Nas almost ten years ago Jay-Z fans are still hurt, so every time Nas slips Jay-Z fans comes out the woodwork to pour salt on him for being a human with flaws, what the hell does this has to do with Jay-Z? See my point? Complex Magazine and XXL Magazine does the same thing to Nas also, Jay-Z stans are bitter and petty as hell.
This is exactly why industry people should not get married especially if one of the individuals has money and the other one doesn't. A prenuptial agreement should always be signed first! Kelis is not worth all the money Nas is paying her. Her career has never been all that and her style is the tackiest I've ever seen. She was a hoe before Nas got with her and I'm still shocked he married her!

I like Kelis but how she's doing Nas right about now is downright cold even though I'm unaware of their issues or the real reason as to why they divorced but ***!
