You know at first I felt soory for Kim, but I have been in her shoes. My ex-fiance would cheated and was gone for about 2 months..but came back on his knees looking a hot mess and had lost all his weight. It was the 1st time that I knew of so I took him back THINKING he had really made a mistake and was truly sorry. I was so devestated that I went from 160lbs to 100 lbs in about 2 weeks or less. Well less than a year later we had moved into the house that I bought and he wasn't even there a full month and i found out he was chaeting again.
