: MediaTakeOut.com has been chronicling the divorce drama of NBA superstar Dwyane Wade and his ex Siovaughn. And we have to say - this story should serve as a LESSON to all of us. Sometimes it’s better to just LET GO . . . and move on.
For the last TWO YEARS Siovaughn has been doing EVERYTHING in her power to try and get back at her baller hubby for asking to get a divorce. She's accused him of CHEATING on her with actress Gabrielle Union (a claim which MediaTakeOut.com investigated and learned is FALSE). She's accused Dwyane of ABUSING her and their children (a claim that the court determined was UNTRUE). And she's accused Dwyane of giving her an STD (a claim that both doctors and her best friend say is FALSE).
Now we can ALL understand wanting to get back at a man after he LEAVES YOU, but you gotta be smart about it. In the process of levying all these claims against Dwyane, Siovaughn may have ended up losing the most important thing to her – her CHILDREN.
Yesterday, a Chicago judge awarded temporary custody of their two sons to DWYANE. Meaning that - for now - Siovaughn can not see her children without COURT PERMISSION. The judge explained, "The Court is troubled by the continuing pattern of (Siohvaughn Wade) to obey court orders when they go her way and disobey court orders when they do not.”
Now remember, before Siouvaughn started trying to DESTROY Dwyane - dude was only asking for JOINT custody.
If anyone of you MTOers is friends with Siouvaughn you need o sit her down and tell her that it’s time to walk away . . . before its too late.

This just shows how immature and crazy she is. She'll cease with all of the nonsense only if she wants to.This being something I doubt considering what has already transpired. Dwayne should definitely be awarded primary custody. A person as mentally immature as Siovaughn is not suitable to raise children.

bdm- I don't think that DWade forgot about all that Siohvaugn and her mother did for him, the marriage just got off track. Very few marriages last forever, the Gore's are proof of that. Don't forget they were actually teenagers when they married. She need to let it go before she lose her kids for good. Move on with your life Siohvaughn and spend that money.

The woman only lost her kids because she didn't show up for court...the judge is punishing her for her inability to keep her court date. This has nothing to do with the Gabby thing or anything else. If she would have showed up for court, she would have her kids right now. That is why this is TEMPORARY! The divorce proceeding didn't even start. This is why she is looking for a lawyer. The reason the lawyers don't wanna take her case because she has to pay a retainer because this is a high profile divorce. D.Wade has millions to pay for a legal team. His wife does not. OK maybe she did go off the deep end on a relentless crusade to get back at her ex for leaving her, but that in no way makes her unfit as a mother just a little unstable in the head and scorned. Its just funny though she made all the other hearing to sue Gabby but didnt make a hearing for custody of her own kids. SMH

Judges have been known to rule in favor of the other parent when one is being completely unreasonable and difficult. This woman should be ashamed of herself for what she has been putting her kids through. And, if her behavior over the last yr or 2 is any indication of what she was like in their marriage, it is no wonder he left. Get your *** together, Siovaugh b.c right now you are acting like a crazy psycho ***. He couldn't have been that good of a husband for you to be acting like this.
I know a lot of women just like this. They get married and have no life/identity outside of being a wife. She lost herself in him and now has absolutely no idea how to live w/o him. The judge is doing this as a wake up call to her. Hopefully, she will take it. If not, it is her own fault. She has completely gone off the deep in. If you watched her interview she said that she got caught up in the lifestyle. He told heer that she was changing for the worse. They were apart for a long time before Gabby came into the picture. I'm so glad because it seems like she's missing a few screws. The problem is lack of pride in herself as a woman, if you know he's in the wrong don't stoop to his level be above that, especially if you have children looking at everything you do. Sometimes its not the best thing to award the mom custody because it might not be in the best interest of the children. I pray that the gets herself together, if its not for herself at least for her children.
