: MediaTakeOut.com learned that R&B singer Chris Brown’s summer tour is officially CANCELLED. He’s been forced to pull the plug on his European tour, because he was NOT GRANTED A VISA to a number of European countries.
What happened? Well Chris Brown is a CONVICTED VIOLENT FELON, and many countries restrict visas for violent felons.
Chris was supposed to launch his tour on Wednesday in Glasgow, U.K., but an apologetic Brown instead Tweeted the following, “SORRY to all the fans in europe!!! my tour is cancelled . . . Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country. i love you.SORRY!!”
A few minutes later, that tweet was deleted without further explanation.
On one hand, we feel kinda SORRY for Chris. On the other hand, we kinda LIKE THAT POLICY . . . cause we don't want any European WOMAN BEATERS finding their way into the U.S. either!!!!

As far as the felony charge goes.....Any country has the right to deny entry to a foreigner who is a convicted felon, (The UK denied a Visa to Martha Stewart in 2008 because of her felony conviction) so that is also a possibility.
The question is have these same countries enforced this law on other performers in the same position as Chris or has Chris just been "picked on"....All of you that find it unfair (I'm not one of them) would need to do some research and bombard the media and the UK Embassy with your complaints
