: MediaTakeOut.com just received a SHOCKING INTERNET REPORT. Word on the streets is that last night at Los Angeles hotspot H-Wood, R&B singer Mario and his girlfriend Dez were enjoying a night out.
Mario then stood up and started giving partygoers an impromptu performance. When all of a sudden, a fan tossed a bottle onstage . . . and it BUSTED Dez roght in her head.
It's not clear yet how serious Dez' injuries were as a result of the bottle tossing incident.
