It's sad because for the most part black women didn't previously go this route because we didn't need to, but now it seems more of us are getting plastic surgery for eyes, nose, tummies, and rear enhancements. I don't know if it's due to following a trend of our caucasian counterparts, or due to the way we so harshly judge each other, or to look like women in video's, but whatever we need to stop and appreciate ourselves and each the way we were created.

on2 subject, let us not assasinate the character of this icon of sitcom. Lark has had very little negative press. She is an absolutely beautiful woman. an examination of her pictures leads me to believe that one of a few things may be amist here, (1) Her childhood pic at the opening of this post shows some problems with her skin could be eczema or lupus. Both of which can cause scarring of the largest organ of the body (the skin); or (2) Mental health problems is not selective of celebrity status or the african american community. she may be suffering from depression or schizophrenia (judging by her past makeup jobs), schizoaffective or the like. Many celebrities seemingly present with mental disorders The beautiful Lauryn Hill (possible schizophrenic/bipolar); Maia Cambell (bipolar); Beyonce Knowles (Dissociative narcissist); Rhianna (historionic and borderline personality disorders); Halle Berry (Narcissistic, schizoid personality).
