DUMB ***! First it's not his it's the banks, and even with a 6% interest rate at the cost he probably will lose money on it because chances are it will depreciate. At 100 million over 4 years it would be hard to pay this off and if it sells for less when he moves he's on the hook for difference on whatever the original loan was. Could had more than enough house for 1 million and paid cash. This is why they always end up broke in the long run.
