Before that, communities in Africa did not teach their children by beating them. They imparted knowledge verbally or by example. Some African communities still do.

IF this girl is 17 or less in a club dancing (can we call it that?) like this then a beating aint gonna phase her. She needs intense therapy and lesson and counseling in self esteem. This is simply disgraceful. If she was my daughter I would take her out the club and send her far away to a therapy style boot camp for girls. She needs discipline (not the beating kind) in her life.
My daughter is a lovely 24 year old college grad now, but when she was a teen, I had total control in a positive way...evenings was spent at home with family and close friends..would have never caught her doing that ish. Teenagers have too much freedom nowadays...parents too busy trying to be a friend and on their kids level. You can't be a friend when you have the power to discipline.

I would suggest that she visits a doctor and have her A1c checked, instead of spending so much time looking, and doing inappropriate things.
First of all. I would've started whoopin' a$$ @ an early age. And expose her to things I feel are so unlady like. ie., Prostitution, crack heads, Ghetto a$$ MoFo's, AIDS, what happens to your body if you don't take of it etc... She will be trained up right, taught to be a leader not a follower and be able to make right choices for herself because she is a Queen.
Do you REALLY think a “beating” would straighten baby-girl up? Ok, I’ll give her … a maybe - perhaps for a minute, but I doubt it seriously … To do something this vulgar in an area surrounded by other people – is an act done by folks who are filthy, disrespectful and just don’t give a ***. The “daisy-dukes-hotter-than-hot”, *** tell the entire story: (A) who she is; (B) what she wants – Attention & a male and she doesn’t care HOW either comes, as long as it does: and (C) what’s she’s all about: Nothing good! Judging from the many posts MTO has put up with ADULTS doing the exact same (or worse) more likely than not, these “children” learn this sort of behavior from home (either seeing it done and/or hearing adults talk about it – be that it the adult was involved in the act or speaking of someone doing it). More likely than not, if proper home training was instilled in ALL CHILDREN out-the-gate (at birth) as well as ADULTS being models FOR their children, shameful acts such as this would more likely NEVER occur (at least not in public), than so: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6
@Sheryll I understand you, but a lot of children ARE raised properly, but still act out. It's not always the parents. It could be school, friends, even other family members. Yes, parents should be aware of who and what their kids are with and doing, but if it's something they DIDNT know about, a good axx whooping SHOULD be coming.

Anyhoo, her mom need to send her to a therapist ASAP because for her to be carrying herself around like that then something went wrong with her sexually (maybe molested) when she was younger IDK. She need to have her daddy drag her out of there. I will bet money there is no dad. That's the real sad part.
