: Well . . . actress Tamera Mowry is getting engaged.No, not to fellow actor Hosea Chanchez who she dated up until a few weeks ago - but to her EX-FIANCE. The guy she was engaged to 2 years ago, before BREAKING IT OFF!
Here's how E! News is reporting it:
“Adam proposed to Tamera last week in Italy,” a source close to the couple tells E! News. And Housley knows all about getting down on one knee for his ladylove. . .Problem number 1 - they tried it and it didn't work out. Problem 2, her family doesn't like him. Problem number 3, he lives in another country. And problem number 4 - he works for FOX NEWS.“They were engaged a few years ago, but broke it off,” the insider says. “They have been dating on and off for the past year and now he has put a ring on her finger once again.”
“Her family is not crazy about him,” the source says. “Tia and Adam don’t always get along, but the couple are happy together and giving it another try.”
The couple are currently living apart but will soon move in together. As for the wedding? “They haven’t started planning the wedding,” our insider says, “but it will most likely be at his family’s vineyard in Napa.”
We wish Tamera the best . . . but we're REAL SKEPTICAL . . .

Tamera better at least listen to her family. I know you have to live your life and love who you want, but if your family is that against you being with this guy---you need to at least hear them out. The fact that he works for Fox News is NOT a good look (IMO)!

If that what makes her happy. I say follow your heart as well as your MIND!! It must be something between them two that's hard to let go of if they've been engaged once before and have been dating off and on! Oh yeah, it's something there. And the fact that her fam isn't too crazy about dude isn't reason enough to say no. You can't go through life doing only what others want you to do or think you should do. She's a grown woman and has to make her OWN decisions about HER life. You'll never be happy living through someone else. So I say congrats to them and hope it work.

yes this is an extremely odd situation. but given todays economic and political climate i guess shes jus trying to save face and take the "so called" path of least resistance. and yes if the family has resentment towards him they probably always will.but in the end its her life and she has to she with him *** not you or i so let's live and let live yall
For those saying that it was broke off and should be left like that, have you ever been in a relationship that had problems that you tried to work out? Or soon as a problem arised you ran away like a coward? One reason why some are not in a lasting relationship, atleast a couple years. We don't know what exactly was going on with them, but they both grown and can do what they want. We not in it, so no harm no foul
