Was at a major downtown hotel recently and saw a multitude of what I initially thought were young ADULT women wearing *** dresses and makeup (similar to Nelly's daughter). To my suprise, they were mostly between the ages of 14-17 as they were attending a high school homecoming dance. The parental guidance in most households today is definitely failing miserably.
