Congrats to the weight loss. However, any one can look at her body and tell she loss muscle which indicates she did not lose the weight the right way. That means she will gain it back like Oprah did.

There is no escape to exercise and eating healthy. It has to become a lifestyle not just something your doing to lose weight. That is the only way you will see lifetime results. She will gain it back though because it's not in her yet.

She looks good, sounds good.acts good. But watching her being interviewed is like watching paint dry. Boring!

I'm a nurse and as much as I love Jennifer I know that u don't lose weight that fast on weight watchers,her head is still really big and it makes me think she's had lap banding..it normally makes the head dispropotionate to the body because the weight loss isn't natural..she looks just like Starr Jones and Al Roker
