it's pretty common for a new born to have his/her first post birth peadiatricians visit at about a week old and then first followup at 5 weeks old. and alot of celebrity parents don't show their children's faces until their at least 6 weeks old.
though for example the first clear face pics of Amy Adams Daughter Aviana weren't taken until she was about 10 weeks old in July

There's NO WAY my mom would have allowed for me to leave the hosp. after giving birth with my feet out. ESPECAILLY in Oct. Sh*t, she came to my home and wouldn't let me out of bed for the first week. lol

She first hit the scene hood as EVER with the speech and mannerisms of a ***. its pretty obvious that they're just leaving the hospital hence the MANHATTAN scenery and the security and the cadillac that they're getting into. you know cars can't drive up on the SIDEWALK so they HAVE TO WALK! and YES some babies do have to go back within a week especially if they had collic or jaundice or if they were premature or something or just depending on their doctor's recommendations. EVERY BIRTH IS DIFFERENT AND EVERY BABY IS DIFFERENT. AK went into the hopsital with those sandals on so I guess she had poor planning with the shoe wardrobe.
