In light of everyone forgetting the ridiculous rumor that circulated this summer regarding LeBron James’ mother, Gloria, being “more than friends” with his gun-toting ex-teammate Delonte West, MediaTakeout.com decided it was time to start a new rumor.
Recently, the gossip site wrote how sparks may be flying between James and Kim Kardashian as evidenced by…well, evidence is for losers.
According to MediaTakeout.com: “Kim and [LeBron] are friends. They’ve partied together and there’s always been a mutual attraction. Now that Kim’s single, she would like to take things to another level.”
Further, the Web site also reported that James sent his fiancée sidekick home after the team’s home opener so that he could have a bit more alone-time with the famed reality TV star. The site tried to corroborate those claims by posting a picture of James walking towards the sidelines during his game and Kardashian watching him with a smile on her face.
For what it’s worth, we’ve seen similar pictures involving James and Jay-Z, and as of yet, no rumors about the two becoming a couple have emerged.
James, upon hearing the accusations levied against him by a media outlet that’s believed and trusted by pretty much no one, took the high road. Showing how much he’s grown as a person over the last few months, he handled the situation in the way in which any mature man would.
He tweeted about it.
“MTO is the most disgusting/non-credible site in the world! All they do is try to ruin people lives and talk bad upon them.”
and
“Misery loves company and that’s exactly what MTO and all them (sic) other gossip blogs are “MISERABLE”. We don’t believe u, u need more people.SMH”
Kudos, LeBron. With those vicious tweets you no doubt did much more damage to MediaTakeout.com than you would have had you ignored them.
We at The Daily Heat have no idea who it was that advised James to get a Twitter account, but if we did, we’d send them a fruit basket. It was one of the stupidest moves any PR person working for the “King” could have suggested to him (so it was probably Maverick Carter), but it’s proven to be an absolutely fantastic content source for us lowly observers.

I don't have a problem with Kim ***......I love her grind.......but if she do dat sh!+ she foul!!!! Ain't nothing good gonna come to her!!!! Come on Kim he got kids girl!!!!
