The only option is for her lawyers to go before the Immigration Judge and plea that Katt is a unique celebrity personality . . . and use (Media Take Out & TMZ to prove it); and that to deport her before she does the TV Show & Movie would pose undue hardship on her, her family and their Fillm Company.

Well MediaTakeOut.com can also CONFIRM to you that Katt was signed to star in a new Reality Show called: 'The House of Divas' (Hosted by: Claudia Jordan - Deal Or No Deal & Celebrity Apprentice, and Dwight Eubanks of Real Atlanta Housewives); and she landed a role in a Movie with Tom Green, Paul Wall, Kurtis Blow and a few Flavor of Love girls called: 'Player's School'.

Because her son was born in America that doesn't mean she can't be deported.A few years ago there was this Mexican woman in Chicago.She was in the USA illegally but her son was born here.They still deported her back to Mexico by herself and her son had to live with her aunt in the USA...Common sense:She is an illegal alien,her son is a US born citizen.Having a kid in the USA doesn't automatically make you a citizen too.

Say what you want about her but people need to keep her baby out of their mouths... My heart goes out for her though because she's only 21yrs with the type of lifestyle she lives... She may not see 22yrs..
