: In what has to be the FIRST OF ITS KIND, MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY learned a Chicago man is suing former NBA star Antoine Walker - for SLEEPING WITH HIS FIANCE.
According to documents filed in United States federal court, EXCLUSIVELY obtained by MediaTakeOut.com, a Chicago man named Kevin Dixon is suing the NBA star. Kevin is claiming that Antoine slept with his fiance and then laughed at him after doing it. And that by doing so, Antoine INTENTIONALLY caused him EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. And that's not all. Kevin claims that when Antoine was kickin' game at his fiance (the lovely Johanna, photo'd below), he was lying and talking GREASY about Kevin - and thus is also liable for DEFAMATION.
So what does Kevin want for his troubles. The lawsuit requests $5 MILLION. We're gonna follow this case, cause if he can win on this . . . there's a WHOOOOOLE lotta women out there that may need to hire Kevin's lawyer!!!

***.. First all, every state does not allow someone to sue another person for sleeping with their mate.. Second, when you make a defamation claim.. It's your burden to prove whether or not the statements made about you are true. You also have to prove that the statements made, affected you in a negative way (*** up your reputation, money,education.. *** like that).. He knows good and *** well, he can't prove that this man is the reason his woman cheated on him.
In most cases, you have to prove that if not for the individual in question coming into your mates life.. Your mate would of never cheated..
