: MediaTakeOut.com just got wind of a potential scandal involving NFL superstar Michael Vick.
You see, last year Mike Vick filed for BANKRUPTCY. And under the terms of the bankruptcy, Mike agreed to spend his money in accordance with a COURT ORDERED budget until 2015. That budget,provides that he spend VERY LITTLE on living expenses (only $472 in a car allowance) and the rest has to go to creditors and the IRS.
Well, in the last few months, people close to Michael Vick are turning up with very EXPENSIVE cars. Last week, our peeps at TMZ reported that Mike bought his fiance a BRAND NEW $125K PORSCHE. And a few days ago, Mike's UNEMPLOYED brother Marcus somehow came up with $125K to buy HIS FIANCE a new car.
Why is this an issue? Well because when Mike filed for VOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY he agreed to spend his money according to the plan. And if he didn't - he could, at least in theory - be charged with a CRIMINAL FRAUD!!!
We really hope that Mike Vick is not THIS STUPI. But then again, given his past RECKLESSNESS . . he prolly is . . .
