: Glad to see they're happy. Although a lil birdie tells us that Zoe's been inching towards the front door for a few months now . .
I'm a black Latina and we're just as Latino as the so-called "standard" Latinos. I say so-called because most of you're black/Spanish Spanish/Indian or a black/Spanish/Indian and just identify with only the Spanish part. I hope you know that I've been to many Spanish websites and they laugh at you when you try claim being a Spaniard. When part of your ancestry was killed off and/or enslaved by the Spanish, too. My family roots run deep in Cuba for several generations. If you go to most of these Latin America countries, you'll see many black Latinos. Yep, many black Latinos are in the MLB.
White Latinos don't really exist and if a genetics test was done you would really find out that basically you're a mulatto, zambio or mestiszo or some combination there of. It's an old joke if you mix a black and a white person what do you get--a Puerto Rican. In most parts of Latin America, it's just a bunch of mulattos marrying one another and trying to play off like they're white. Do you know in the 1800s Puerto Rico was considered a black country. Anyway, like many African-Americans their people was here before many white immigrants. They're true Americans and help build this ***.
