: MediaTakeOut.com learned that there is some real SCANDALOUS ISH going on in the Fantasia-Antwaun Cook divorce legal saga.
As MediaTakeOut.com reported, Antwaun and his ex-wife, Paula, were in the midst of a divorce proceeding. Paula was trying to prove that Anywaun comitted ADULTERY during the marriage (that he was sleeping with Fantasia BEFORE the couple separated). She then plannedon using that judgment to go after Fantasia in a civil suit.
Well yesterday the North Carolina Judge ruled despite OVERWHELMING EVIDENCE that Fantasia did not break up the dude's marriage.
Here's what one of MTO's in-the-know folk has to say about it:
Legal experts are stunned. [A ton of] evidence was presented to show they separated in June. Their neighbors testified that he was living there, there was a facebook update presented from March 2010 that antwaun has sent to Paula to confirm they were married. The bartender from a local restaurant they frequented testified that they spent a significant amt of time there during the spring and indicated that they were back together taking a picture of him & her sending it 2 all their friends saying, " I'm baaaack"! and he had a birthday party for her at their home in April.Smells like a payoff went down . . . then again where is Fantasia gonna get the money for aPAYOFF????Most importantly an email was placed into evidence from Fantasia where she told antwaun that she said had accepted the fact (spelled excepted ) the fact that he has gone home to work things out with his wife. And that she was so happy when "you snuck out to see me the other night" but "sad when you had to leave." she went on to say "you're there every night now, you're there right now."
It's being speculated that the verdict mat have something to do with the fact that Fantasia's attorney was the presiding judge's attorney during her divorce.

Let it go! Antwan was the douchebag in this and Fantasia was the victim unfortunately. He had her believing they were legally separated and got the draws. It would take anyone some time to get over someone who you have a lot of feelings for. She ain't pay nobody off. The judge probably felt like it was a shakedown from the wife. The wife always knew he was a cheat, and to try to sue her just wreaked of trying to get paid off of her husband's infidelity.
I'm happy the judge ruled in her favor. He was a dirty dawg and knew *** well Fanny aint that smart. I'm not saying she was right for messing wit a married man that's not a good look but to a lot of females if a man is separated he is single in their eyes. This should be a lesson learned for all those foolish women "IF THE PAPERS AINT FINAL U R A HOMEWRECKER."
No MTO you clearly misunderstand that cause of action for alienation for affection. It is not enough that she knew he was married nor is it enough that she committed adultrey with him. The tortious nature of the cause of action arises when the spouses is intentionally lured away from the other spouse. If the spouse went on his own volition with no persuasion from Fantasia then she has committed no wrong against his wife. In addition, it is disgusting that you so nonchalantly accuse a judge of taking a bribe - perhaps you do not understand the significance of that allegation.
I agree with the judge's ruling.....it wasn't Fantasia that ruined their marriage, it was the MAN,that ruined their marriage....he knew what the *** he was doing when he went outside his marriage....Smh @ people always blaming "the other woman" or the "other man" what about the cheating partner??? huh?

A lot of yall are only taking fantasia's side because ur a fan of her vocal abilities but the truth is she knowingly had an affair with a married man. Regardless of what the judge says she knows she was a home wrecker. I love her music but I've lost all respect for her. When it comes down to it MRS. Cook should have won...#imjustsayin

Even though she can care less she never stopped dealing with Antwaun even though she lied on the show saying she never wanted to see him again and all the time she was seeing him and his kids.
