Take rapper/actor Xzibit for example, dude filed for BANKRUPTCY TWICE. You would think that would make him more financially aware, but NOOOO!! Dude goes out and leases a BRAND NEW Range for $2200 a month.

He's filed bankruptcy twice since 2009, but both filings were dismissed for various reasons. On July 29, 2009, he listed assets totaling $739,433 -- mostly homes in California and New Mexico -- and more than $1.4 million in liabilities, according to court records.Ok a couple of questions here. First, how do you own ”MULTIPLE HOMES” in New Mexico and California and they only add up to $740K?For a man who reached mainstream fame through an MTV show about pimping vehicles, Xzibit didn't own one. He was leasing a 2006 Range Rover for $2,230 a month, according to bankruptcy court records.
The bankruptcy filing provides rare insight into the volatile fortunes of an entertainer. In 2007, he earned $497,175 starring in "Pimp My Ride." But after the show was canceled, his income plummeted to $67,510 in 2008, according to court records.
Second, how the F*CK is this dude paying $2,230 a month car note when he only makes $67,000 a year. Is he out his GOTT DAYUMMM mind.
Finally .. . this fool only makes $67K a year. Now don’t get us wrong, that’s more than we make. . . . but how you gonna act like you BALLIN with that salary.
Foolish. These stars need to take an economics class so they can see how unrealistically they're spending.
They only spend to show off their money--but when they run out they continue to spend that way. Why can't they save themselves the future embarrassment of public bankruptcies & just cut down on their spending? Is that so hard to do?

I could never see or hear the talent in X that his fans did. Personally I know local guys who have more appeal, are more lyrically skilled and have a unique sound than he ever did, but him like a lot of no talent artists get lucky breaks sometime in life. When they get those breaks though they should be aware and actually save and be frugal with spending their money. 4u2

And if dude had an 06 Range his lease would probably be up because leases are usually 24 to 48 months MAX...48 months is rare these days. After the period is up, you have an option to buy or turn the vehicle over...
You idiots do know he makes 67K on paper right? My uncle owns the largest cab company in Wash. DC and on paper he makes 45K. You people do know you have to pay yourself a salary even though you own the company for tax purposes and establishing credit. He made 400K as salary for *** my ride, but never stated what he made from acting. He has been in over 20 movies and shows and is currently on Detriot 187 tv show. Not to mention concert & appearance money
