This is one kid I dont have pity for!! Everything the media throws her way her parents deserves. Shes a *** CHILD and they got her whipping her azz all over the internet. Will & Jada aint hard up for no cash, so IDK why they couldnt wait until she was older to get her into this business!!! Its like they're prostituting her to the music industry! SMFH
Children are supposed to try new & different things to see whatnot os that they like & don't, that's how they develop their sense of self & personality. If her MOTHER OR FATHER don't have a problem with the way she wears her hair or the clothes she puts on... what's your's? Some of you people are idiots!! She acts very much like a 10 year old!! She has her own sense of style and she's blessed to have parents that embrace that!! My niece is 2 and she loves to dress herself (sometimes she look a mess and other times she does well). However my nieces parents and Will and Jada understand that kids have their own identities and they should be allowed to show who they are without ADULTS critizing a childs every move!! Ugh Willow loves it so why should it matter to you guys??? By the way her hair was fierce last ***!!
How in the heck can a 2 year old have their own identity? They are TWO YEARS OLD. What do they know? I'm sick of parents treating their children like they are adults. They don't know what's best for themselves at such a young age.

As far as Willow, I could care less. I'm not a fan of hers. I don't hate her or down her. She should do her thing as long as she keeps up on her education. She's not my kid, and I don't have to raise her.

She is avante garde and seemingly confident in her identity. There are many child stars of many ethnicities. Many of their parents use to fattened their pockets. But Will and Jada can do this, in support of their daughter, for their daughter and not the money.
I read many comments about Will owning the rights to all her her work. Smart business man. Let's go to business school 101, if he owns all the rights he can control how and win her image is used and protect her rights; no one can profit off his daughter, and he can at anytime or upon death sign the rights to her works over to her for her ownership.
I think the judgement placed on Willow is misplaced criticism intended for her parents. but why? they haven't sent her on the road with nannies and tutors. Her parent(s) is with her at every venue. They are guiding her career instead of trusting strangers who may inevitably lead their daughter to be over sexed and a drug addict like Lindsey lohan, miley cyrus, macauley culkin, the olsen twins and many more.
This new year, lets find reasons to embrace our race on MTO. Lets educate when criticism is needed and not just assassinate.

@ trin, I'm standing up applauding!! That is the main reason we sometimes can't get ahead. I make sure I compliment or congratulate my people when ever I can, we have to learn about the hate that has been put in us and learn to grow up and be happy for the next black person. It's disturbing when u know the problem but people are too crazy to correct it. Most is the time letting our pride get in the way. I pray for us. Stay blessed....
@rose77 I hear your passion...but if I may, "helping people" at age 10 is an achievement that some who can multiply at 17, 20, 30, 40 have not mastered. Don't underscore philanthropy. Many youth have done inspiring tasks to "help people", starting programs that give back or donate.
Helping is about heart not math. Willow is still a child, and again appearing to be very confident. She could be all about herself and her music but she is offering to help someone achieve the same!
Do you not know any kids who are NOT in the spot light with bad hair days or poor self confidence? Would you attack them personally? Really? Their parents are accountable for them. Most kids want some type of spot light, they are big attention seekers. The adults we have now who are attention seekers were attention seekers as children. It was not a new occurrence upon adulthood. They just never grew out of that phase, so they do anything to get the attention good/bad.
@allIhavetosay What I'm saying is you have to have intelligent insight and experience for your songs to help people. I'm saying I disagree with her view that her music "helps" people. That is presumptuous and arrogant. Maybe it helps toddlers. But if someone is waiting for a 9 year old to help them by telling them not to listen to "haters" then I don't know what to say.

Rose, I disagree with you regarding Tyler Perry. Now, I must admit that "Meet the Browns" is a bit baffoonish, but if you really watch his plays/movies, there is such a deep message he sends about forgiveness, love, and spirituality. In this apostate society we live in, his messages go over many people's heads (I'm not saying that's the case w/you) but some people would rather keep up with the superficial and shallow, "Housewives of ATL" or whatever it's called then something that will make them think. Just saying.
I admit she needs some direction with her style. QUICK! However, we know GaGa, Nicki Minaj and Rihanna horrible get-ups and they're adults, but they're followers think they're Gods so they keep up the madness. =___= I see a trend here.
