Problem with Guccie being looked at as dumb is in his actions. He does dumb ***. He uses drugs, gets arrested 20 thousand times, makes coon music, and speaks like his IQ is below 50. That is the difference. The same goes for Plies. TI sounds intelligient and he has music that has meaning. Yes he does dumb things but at least he sounds like he has sense.
