A 32-year-old man is accused of forcing his girlfriend to watch while he sexually assaulted her 12-year-old daughter three times. Charlotte County Sheriff's deputies said the attack happened Wednesday morning at the mother's home. Jerome Nubin of Punta Gorda is charged with sexual battery on a 12-year-old, aggravated assault, kidnapping and domestic battery. He is being held without bond in the Charlotte County Jail.Detectives said Nubin threatened the mother and child with a baseball bat. He also slapped and punched the mother before assaulting the child.
The sheriff's office was contacted by the child's grandfather. The grandfather says Nubin also threatened him with a bat and threw bricks, a child's scooter and a lamp at him.
As sad as this story is you people need to act like you know your *** race! His mother will pay for his lawyer and defend him till the end. His family will have his back saying "the system is against him because he's black" then once he gets out (which he will because the prisons are over crowded because of all the black murders) some bucket head hood rat from the project will claim his busted a$$! Get a grip and raise your children better black people!

I hate grotesque stories like this one... There was a similar case down South a couple years ago which started off as a robbery among a couple young men which went dreadfully wrong. They broke in & there was a mother & son home & they made the mother & son perform lewd acts on each other at gun point. What goes through these monsters head, man? Uggh
There was three of them : mother, grandfather and child and they couldn't beat his ***? I be damned if I would've sat there while he raped my baby and all he had was a baseball bat. I bet he was the mama's boyfriend. These thirsty chicks bring ANYONE around their children so they can say they have a man when all the while he wants your freaking son and daughter's. So sad. I pray the guards leave his cell unlocked and he dies a slow painful death.

I'm not sure of the *** surrounding this story, however; I do know "mothers" need to be more vigilant as to how they meet men. So many mothers meet a men and are allowing these men around their children the SAME day they've just met. Being more selective on how you choose shoes than whom you allow around your children means you're a pathetic excuse for a parent!!! I pray that he gets no mercy from the courts on this! I am a relative of the victims, and it is mind blowing to even imagine that something like this happens. The normal could've, would've, should've's are hard to say for me. As for the 12 year old I pray that she is able to work through this with God's help, and that her sisters wre too young to remember any of it. If my cousin the mother of the child could've done something and she didn't well only she knows, and she'll have to deal with that on her own, and God be with her.
