if she lost the weight in the 3+ months since Eygpt was born she probably breastfeeds the baby so it spedup her matabolism to make it easier to lose the weight and she probably gained responsibly so 25-35lbs though the babies weight wasn't released in the birth announcement but I'd assume about 7lbs which is in the healthy weight range for a full term singlle baby which is between 6lbs & 9.5lbs
