And Sheree and Cynthia are the two BROKEST chicks - each worth only $50K. OK, how can you be on a show about RICH FOLK if you're only worth $50 stacks?????

We know Kandi's not broke simply, because she is a successful song writer who has written many hits for big artists and when the group Escape was together they did pretty well and she also doesn't seem flashy or wasteful like she thinks about her future and saves her money. Kandi is a smart,savvy black woman who knows how to manage her money well. Cynthia made a bad choice in marrying a broke,manipulative man.Peter had really nothing to bring into their marriage and failed at his investment which Cynthia loaned him money to start. That was a bad move on her part! He look like he is a real piece of work too.its a shame that Cynthia and Leon couldn't had lasted as a couple,they looked really beautiful together.
If these figured are true, its kind of ironic how the richest of the bunch lives the most modest lifestyle, whereas the brokest always tried to floss like she has everything. This is why I don't feed into conversations with women who always boast about brands and what they are wearing, truth be told they typically are the same ones that can barely eat, or keep a roof over their heads.
Remember: This is their NET WORTH! So, it's all their assets MINUS their liabilities. So, Sheree being only worth $50K could be true. Kandi makes WAY more $$$ as a song-writer for a number of artists than her time with Xscape. The writer, then musicians are paid the most. The singer is paid the least. When she was with Xscape: She & Tiny were paid more because they were both Singers AND SONG-WRITERS. I think people are getting net worth confuse with actual income. You can have a high NET WORTH without actually pocketing said money. A net worth is just an estimate of your entire business, liquidations, and other variables that could gather you money in the future but that doesn't mean that amount is actually in your bank account..i.e. income. That is why most people are surprise when they see celebs go broke because we think in terms of their worth instead of the money they actually get.

Some people can't see past her being in the little Xscape Group. Writers are paid the most & will forever receiver Royalties from their creation/work. I can believe that est for Kandi, but as far as the rest----HELL NO! Not even Phaedra is worth that much----her "celebrity" clients maybe (all put together), but not her. Nothing in this world will make me believe that NeNe is worth 3.5 mil or that Kim is worth 1.5 mil, Kim may have "blown" that much but she has to find another sponsor to get close to that much. As for Ms. Sheree...Lord have mercy. Well, $50,000 a year for her actually sounds generous. I can easily see her thinking she's too "good" to do hair show, black conventions, and other appearances.
