Wrong, a judge will not grant shared custody , unless it's agreed on. They tried it and it didn't work. It will end up as custodial and non-custodial . Nine times out of ten she will win, because she doesn't exhibit dangerous behavior. She want have to come off cash but he will. Once he finds out he is in a no win situation. Halle will ask for his parental rights and non support to cut off ties completely . Him not want to have to pay her will do it.
