: It's starting to look like R&B superstar Mary J Blige and her hubby Kendu overextended themselves. Two years ago, they bought a HUMONGOUS 18,000 square foot Saddle River, NJ mansion.
Now, in one of the worst HOUSING MARKETS IN HISTORY, they're putting the home up for sale.
Hopefully they can get from underneath the house soon . . .
That *** thing looks haunted anyway I wouldn't want to be laying in that *** on a thundering rainy *** alone and have all the lights blow out. I bet more money is going out for that house than is coming in and how do you come from such humble beginnings like Yonkers New,York in the projects knowing what it is like to be poor(remembering that s.h.i.t) and then live such a lavish lifestyle? I would be saving every penny forget the Jones's!
in all honestly, do ya really need a house that freakin big?!? that's part of the problem. that makes no sense. who wants to live in a house that you can get lost in with one wrong left turn? don't get me wrong, i'm all for luxury, but not to the point that sqatterrs could be in my house for a month and I wouldn't even know it
Honestly, if she has to put up her house for sale in this bad of a market then there is some indication she is in financial trouble. If she had the money to maintain the home it would be smarter to hold on to it until the market gets better, and the home has time to appreciate. Now she most likely will have to sell far below value, which leads me to believe she is strapped for cash. You have to remember people that with celebrities they make a lot of money, but they also live very expensive lifestyles. Her husband doesn't do anything and when you spend, spend, spend, it's easy to go broke.
I know where that is. It's not that far from me. She probably bought it expecting to have kids so they can grow up there and give her kids more then what she ever had. She's probably just moving somehwere else. *** Jersey is expensive in that area so I don't blame her for wanting out. Probably wants somewhere homey-er.
Well im not saying Mary don't get bread but if you gonna be in the music biz.Most of the money goes to the songwriters and producers and Kendu is a producer i have not seen any of his work lately but i don't keep up with him like that .Mary does very little writing on her albums so I don't know if she misunderstood her amount owed ,or gave too much of her money for charity from the perfume or errors to the deed or what not but i won't assume i just wish her the best.
gots to start scaling back some..even the wealth have to do it..mary j ain't got no kids,but a husband..God knows what he do for a living and possibly family living in this mansion and driving her crazy...mary j works hard and she want to take care of finances..she don't want to be looking like fantasia..with her house being foreclosed on...good look,mary..
