I think they used to call that look, "Funeral Make up". Looks spooky. Were they trying to get the Casper ghost effect or was she trying to appear to be light skinned. She used to have a darker brown complexion. This is about 5 shades lighter than she should be.

She has always needed a stylist! her skin is no joke, she has vitiligo and its now taking over her face (not just the arms)! She talked about this in Tom Joyner last week.
