Stars body looks "Horrible" just like everybody else who has that gastric bypass surgery and loses weight to fast and then they are left with the sagging skin and keloids from trying to remove the sagging skin. However; her attitude seems to be that since she lost 300 pounds off of that obese frame she had then she will just adorn what's left of her raggedy self with expensive clothing,massages and Jimmy Choo shoes and make the most of it. I Aint Mad Her Either!

Star had open heart surgery recently, but that particular scar is from surgery she had years ago. I believe it was to remove a life-threatening tumor that was wrapped around various organs in her chest. Yeah, she usually wears jewelry to somewhat conceal it, but maybe on that day she just didn't give a ***. I don't blame her. The dress is not low cut MTO, its just not high enough to hide the scar.
