I must admit I watched the video a few times, I fell asleep the first time at the video mark 0:01. The second time. I couldnt take my eyes off those two beautiful black guys doing the pantsula dance making it look so effortless. I forgot Bleachonce was there so had to rewind again to that bit, where it looked like Bleachonce was having some kind of seizure complete with a MJ/Riverdance swaggerjack thing going on, Thirdly I made the mistake of reading one of her stans comments which went something like this OMG Beyonce is the only one to have a lion or animals in her video, at least the lions mane was real. Furthermore they should have said Beyonce is the only one to have a camel in her video, which would have given her song a bit of an edge. Even though Beyonce's video has garnered well over 9 million views, it's still mostly because of the video. Alot of people still don't like the song. I've also read where people even admitted on YouTube that they were purposely pressing the "like" button, in order for the numbers to go up. Therefore, those are not 9 million different people viewing her video. It's more than likely the same people watching the video over and over again. 9 million views are not bad over the course of 3 days. However, where were all of these same people when it came to the song being on itunes? Her song is sitting at #29. That's not bad from where it used to be. However, as much as people go on and on about her being the "Queen", that song should at least be at #1. It just goes to show you, that people appreciated the "visual" more than the song itself.
For the people that are stating that Beyonce has 10 millions views, all of those 10 million that have watched it did not like it. Sure the song jumped but with 10 million views that song should have jumped to number one by now. The proof is in the pudding...the charts. 10 million views in 3 days=#29 on Hot 100 and #19 on the Pop charts for itunes??? Something is not right with that math. That's not anything to brag about. In fact, it's embarrassing which maybe why the next song got "leaked" yesterday. Let's see where she goes on the charts after the Billboards and Oprah's performance.

If an artist had 3 albums and the first two sold 7 million and the 3 only sold 1 million, the last album would be considered a flop. The music industry gauges your performance based on the numbers you're use to moving and if artists like Rihanna, Britney, and LadyGaga can sell a million singles in a day, there's no way in the world the QUEEN should NOT have. Here we are a month later, and it's not there. Even if it does reach number one, the fact that it didn't perform the way the others had (who are considered lesser singers) would be alarming to the recording company.
@Kelvin05 - 12 million views are good. Somehow, it's not helping to move the song along on the charts. As a matter of fact, she's at #30 on the Itunes Top 100 Charts, #20 on The Pop Charts and #76 on the Billboard Hot 100. This doesn't sound like "slaying" material to me. If she was going to so much as "slay" like everyone kept saying, her song should have gone straight to #1 on every chart that it's been on as soon as it was released without the help of a video or any type of promotion. After all, she is the "perfect Queen Bey" as people love to call her. If she's going to slay, she needs to do it all across the board, not just on YouTube. The song is played on the radio, the video is on YouTube, it aired on American Idol and it's on MTV Jams every hour. How much more promotion does she need? Come on, this is Beyonce! Her name alone should have been able to make that song go to #1 as soon as it was released. This song has been out for a month now. If it hasn't moved to #1 by now, then it just goes to show you that some people may enjoy the video, but their not feeling the song. Period.
