Its a cute joke. What made it different from the black children, so far from what I've seen, the little girls acted super grown. Playing dress is so cute with toddlers. Trust me i have countless pics of younger family members in wigs, heels, clothes, sunglasses or purses. The one sassy little girl, my niece, NEVER was photographed.
