The insider, who has been a TRUSTED MediaTakeOut.com INFORMANT in the past tells us, "[Britney] is upset that Nicki kept running over [her allotted] time. In Sacramento she was over about 10 minutes. But [on Saturday night in San Jose] Nicki went over by nearly 45 minutes."
And Britney, being the GHETTO chick that she is - tried to STEP to Nicki and her security team. The insider added, "Britney came by Nicki's dressing room with her [gay] dancers. They were talking sh*t like they were going to do something. Nicki came out [her dressing room] and at first was going to beat someone's azz. But when she saw how RIDICULOUS Britney and them looked, she just laughed."

That is unprofessional and inconsiderate of Nicky to run over her allotted time. She needs to remember that she is not the headliner, Britney is. When Nicky become the headline act, she can perform for as long as she wants. But for now, she should be glad she has this gig 'cause she's not that talented. This is something that I have a hard time accepting. First of all, as a former manager, agent, and responsible for getting artists to venues, paying them, and arranging their contracts, I know that if you are second bill, and take more time than you should, there are financial penalities involved. A second-bill artist would not want to make that mistake, because they would never get on anyone else's show, trying to 'show off'. Second bill artists are usually very grateful to even be asked to perform with TOP BILLING. These contracts and addendums are specific.
