The coccyx i.e, known as the tail bone on the spine does not show up as a dark blotch on any x-rays, I am an x-ray technician and I've seen over hundreds of x-rays. The dark spot looks like an incision she had some type of procedure done. Sorry folks, I've been in this business for a long time. That dark spot is not her coccyx.
