But get THIS, prosecutors in Silverton, Ohio are REFUSING to charge this MONSTER with MURDER . . . or even ATTEMPTED MURDER.

Just because the baby's father is infected with HIV does not mean the baby can be born with the virus. HIV is NOT passed GENETICALLY. Even if the mother had HIV does not mean the child will be born with HIV. There are meds available that can be taken throughout pregnancy to prevent the likelihood of transmission. The child would need to be delivered via c-section to prevent contact with the blood. Babies immune systems are not strong and developed. HIV+ mothers should not breastfeed as the virus can be transmitted via the breastmilk.
