Black people we have got to do better as far as our weight. It does make a big difference as far as quality of life. One can say that they don't mind being big but I call *** to an extent... WW as old as 60-70 yrs old stay working out mainly for health reasons not due to overweight. Yes I said it we need to be more cautious of HOW and WHAT we eat... IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
