Yes she is a *** mess. Katie is the pretty sister. It's all because Pipa wore a pretty, simple white dress as a maid of honor at her sister wedding, she is so popular. It's amazing how one outfit can put you in the spotlight. Look at JLo for example. When she wore that gorgeous green dress, she became an *** sensation.
