The victim allegedly raped by Broncos CB Perrish Cox in 2010 interacted with two other members of the team the night the incident occurred according to an affidavit obtained by The Denver Post.Who do YOU believe???DB Cassius Vaughn lived in the same apartment with Cox on the night in question last September. WR Demaryius Thomas met the victim at a nightclub, and she says he kissed and fondled her, though Thomas says he left Cox's apartment after the victim passed out.
She claims to have been drugged and unknowingly had sex with Cox; a DNA test later confirmed he impregnated her. Vaughn and Thomas also provided DNA samples which cleared them of paternity.
I live in denver and it's been in the news the last few days. The police report says she waited weeks to tell the cops and couldn't afford a rape kit test which leads me to believe she ain't no popular video nothing. Just another hoe on the come up. I truly hope she wasn't raped, I just don't believe she was.

DENVER -- A court *** released Friday sheds new light on why Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox was arrested last fall on sexual assault charges involving a woman who told officers she was likely drugged, raped and impregnated with the football player's child.
The woman told investigators that doctors put the date of conception around the time she went to Cox's apartment with friends in the early hours of Sept. 6, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.
The affidavit said DNA tests indicated Cox was the father.
The woman said she has no recollection of most of that *** and wasn't sure anyone had *** with her until she learned she was pregnant. She said she had not had consensual *** for several weeks before or after the date of conception reported by doctors.
The woman said she and Cox's girlfriend at the time had gone to a club Sept. 5, and they met Cox and Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. When the club closed at 1:30 a.m., they all went to Cox's apartment. She said Cox's roommate, Broncos defensive back Cassius Vaughn, was there when she awoke later in the day.
The woman said she believed she had been drugged because she felt unusually woozy after four drinks. She said she recalled being kissed and fondled by Thomas before she passed out.
Thomas told police he had kissed the woman, according to the affidavit. He didn't immediately return messages Friday.
Cox's lawyer, Harvey Steinberg, declined to comment on any of the information in the arrest affidavit.
"My thoughts have always been that cases work their way through the court system and we need to do our best to ensure people who are charged get fair trials. I'm just hopeful the process works," he told The Associated Press.
When police interviewed Cox on Nov. 8, he denied having *** with the alleged victim, the affidavit said.
As he left the courthouse after hearing in May, Cox said, "It's tough. It's something that stays over your head. You stay positive and just control what you can control." He has made few other public comments.
Craig Silverman, an attorney for the woman involved, issued a statement insisting that his client "suffered a sexual assault by Perrish Cox."
"For her, this is an intensely painful, personal and private matter," Silverman said. "My client's victimization will be made clear in a court of law."
Broncos spokesman Patrick Smyth issued a written statement: "The allegations involving Perrish Cox are extremely serious and troubling to our organization. We will continue to monitor this situation very closely."
The woman went to police Oct. 28, the day she said she learned she was pregnant. She said she didn't file a complaint sooner because she wasn't sure she had been raped and didn't want to make unfounded charges.
The affidavit said the woman was shocked when DNA results came back Nov. 29 indicating Cox was the father.
Cox refused to allow a DNA sample to be taken until after investigators obtained a court order, the *** said.
The affidavit says Thomas voluntarily provided a DNA sample and Vaughn provided one after police obtained a court order, but it wasn't clear whether he refused to volunteer one. The affidavit said DNA tests ruled both of them out as the father.
Steinberg had fought to keep the affidavit sealed while The Associated Press and The Denver Post asked the courts to release it. Steinberg appealed to the state Supreme Court when a judge ordered the affidavit made public, but on Friday the high court refused to take the appeal and the affidavit was released.
Steve Zansberg, an attorney who represented the AP and the Post, called the Supreme Court's decision "a victory for the peoples' right."
"This is about the people's right to monitor and scrutinize the conduct of government institutions," he said.
Cox, 24, was arrested Dec. 9 and pleaded not guilty to one count of sexual assault while the victim was physically helpless and one count of sexual assault while the victim was incapable of determining the nature of the conduct.
He is free on $50,000 bail. His trial is scheduled for October.
The Broncos fined Cox in December for missing meetings and practice after his arrest. The team didn't release the amount of the fine but said it was the maximum.
Cox could face a four-game suspension from the NFL next season for violating the league's personal conduct code. Commissioner Roger Goodell doesn't need a player's conviction to impose punishment.

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. -- DNA tests show Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox impregnated a woman that he said he didn't have *** with and two other Denver Broncos were present during the *** she was raped, according to an arrest affidavit released Friday. The affidavit details the alleged sexual assault of a woman on Sept. 6, 2010 in Lone Tree and the events afterward.
The affidavit said the woman and a girlfriend went to Club Beta in Denver for what was a called a "white party." Everyone was dressed in white to celebrate Labor Day. The woman told police Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas and his friends arrived after *** and invited her and her friends into the VIP room. She told police that after four drinks she was buzzed, even though she's a social drinker and that normally doesn't happen to her. The victim told police she left the club with Thomas, Cox and her girlfriend. The victim told police Cox and her girlfriend were dating. Cox lives with another Bronco, defensive back Cassius Vaughn, the alleged victim didn't know he was in the apartment until the next morning. The woman told detectives that at Cox's apartment, she remembered kissing and making out with Thomas in the living room, but that she passed out, according the arrest warrant. The woman told police that when she woke up hours later on the air mattress in the living room, she felt like she had ***, but didn't remember anything. The woman told police she asked Thomas if anything happened in a text message and he replied, "No, you passed out and I went home." The woman said she spent the day with her girlfriend, Cox and Vaughn, because she didn't have her car to drive home. She said she felt weird, a little disoriented and had a headache, according to the arrest warrant. The woman told police her girlfriend also said she didn't feel well, had a bad headache and felt hung over. The woman told police that Vaughn and Cox told her and her friend several times that they needed to take a shower and that Vaughn and Cox were "weird about it," according to the arrest warrant.
Woman Visits Hospital, Asks About Drug Test
The next day, the woman told police that she still felt like she was sexually assaulted and called the hospital to ask about a drug test. The hospital told the woman they couldn't do a chemical test because it had been more than 24 hours and any date-rape drug would not be in her system anymore, according to the arrest warrant. When she asked about a sexual assault examination, she was told it would be $500 plus the $300 ER visit and other fees if she didn't make a police report, the arrest warrant said. The woman told police she didn't know what to do because she didn't want to falsely accuse someone of raping her and "didn't want to believe that people she considered friends would take advantage of her," according to the affidavit. However, she was working as a waitress and couldn't afford the *** assault examination, she said. "She knows that these allegations are serious and due to (Thomas)' social status, she really wanted to be sure before making a report," the affidavit said.
Pregnancy Test Prompts Woman To Report Assault To Police
After exchanging some texts over several weeks, the woman went out again with Cox, Thomas and her girlfriend in October, but got upset after Thomas was talking behind her back to Cox saying "she looks like she's put on some weight, she must be pregnant," the arrest warrant said. The woman told police that two days later, on Oct. 24, she got two home pregnancy tests: one was inconclusive, the other was positive. The woman told detectives that the next day she took two more home pregnancy tests and they were both positive. A clinic and an ultrasound confirmed her date of conception was around September 3-4, plus or minus a few days, the arrest warrant said. The "white party" was on Sept. 5. The woman told the detective that she had sexual intercourse with her current boyfriend, another Broncos player, Wesley Woodyard, but that was in late September. She also said she had not had *** between July 4 and Sept. 22, and thought the clinic must be wrong about the date of conception. However, the doctor confirmed to her that the date of conception was definitely the first week of September. When she found out she was pregnant that's when she decided to go to police, the arrest warrant said.
Woman Calls Thomas, Cox and Vaughn
On Nov. 8, Lone Tree police had the woman call Thomas, Cox and Vaughn while officers listened, according to the arrest warrant. The warrant said all three men stated they did not have *** with her and that she was too drunk and passed out. When the woman asked Cox, "So you for a fact did not have *** with me?" He replied several times "HELL NO," the arrest warrant said.
DNA Tests Confirmed Cox Impregnated Victim
DNA tests were conducted on the fetus. Thomas and Vaughn gave DNA samples and were excluded, the arrest warrant said. Cox refused to give a DNA sample, the arrest warrant said. It was finally taken at Broncos headquarters after police got a warrant. CBI tests showed Cox was the biological father of the baby, the arrest warrant said. When detectives told the woman who had fathered her baby, the woman was stunned speechless, the affidavit said. "She was shocked that it was not Thomas. And upset that it could have been Cox or Vaughn ... (She) could barely talk. She was crying and in shock," the affidavit said. It's not clear if the woman had the baby.
@Nails, adoption may not be a bad thing for a newborn. They're easier to adopt and usually after terminating parental rights and no contact (and its kept secret) it should be ok ----- Even with a newborn, they grow and know their parent or parents didn't want them. Why would you keep it a secret. That would scar the child even more if you did that. It's easier said, forget about it and move on with your life. That is HEAVY info for anyone to handle.
The news in Denver said that she had an abortion. @Nails--In reading a lot of the details on this case...it TRULY leaves a lot to be DESIRED! Camille alledges that she and Perrish's GF were DRUGGED. She also was passed out on an air mattress belonging to Demaryius Thomas---while Thomas slept on the couch. Her GF was asleep in the room with Perrish. She appears HIGHLY shocked that Thomas wasn't the FATHER of the baby---which struck me VERY odd. It appears (to me) that she's MORE disappointed Perrish was the father and THOMAS isn't. I certainly don't want to minimize RAPE---because it's a CRIME. Camille was already WASTED it would have been in her BEST interest to just go home! Also, just the entire set-up where everybody was the next morning is just DAFFY! You GOT her on the floor on an AIR-mattress, Perrish in the bed with the GF and Thomas on the couch and the other roomate sleeping the entire time NOT knowing ANYTHING is going on---in an APARTMENT! HELLUVA story (thx!). He lied about sleeping w/her which aint good, yet she was in a relationship, slept with the BF AND went out w/Cox again? I not wanting to falsely accuse, dont understand going out w/him again. Yeah it is a F'd up choice and hard on a child produced from rape when they know. But I've also seen kids thrive and live a full life when they don't know.

@Nails: You're right, adopting a newborn doesn't guarantee anything. I know a couple who adopted an infant and he had behavioral issues from day one. Aggressive and violent towards siblings and classmates, at ten he set the house on fire while his mother was in the shower. She almost died until a neighbor broke in the window to get her out. They lost everything, and eventually had to institutionalize him because he threatened to kill them. I'm not against adoption, but I agree it comes with major baggage.

The choice is to either deny a fetus an opportunity because of ones stupidity (in this case) or allow the child a life and sever all parental rights w/no disclosure. Only adoptive parents should be privy to bkgrd and medical history of birth parents. Do I believe the SPIRIT in which a child is conceived can affect the child, yes. But we cant know what the child could've been if its aborted, or tossed into a traumatizing foster care system.

Sorry, I am a realist and prochoice. I have never dealt with it personally, but, I know many that have. I don't judge, you never know a situation, until you are in it. At the end of the day, YOU have to take care of the child mentally, cloth, provide, etc... Many talk a good game about helping, etc... When you look up, you are the MAIN one doing for that child. This is a personal choice for rape victims.

What I'll leave it at is, the hurtful reminder by parenting the child still doesnt have to affect that child IF given to adoption.
