While it is the poorest OF THE LARGEST U.S. cities (THE POOREST r in TX), they all have budget deficits, they all have seedy areas, they all have some type of gov corruption and dirty cops and under performing schools...the D is just exploited more. @Kanga...Im a First 48 (forensic) fanatic. I notice they're in Miami, Cincinnati, Louisville, Memphis, KC, Minneapolis and Dallas...but not LA, ATL, NY, Vegas? Y not? IMAGE...the only time we hear of the latter cities officers is AFTER they've gunned down, stomped and kick the shid out of a citizen...then the story disappears. Its about image.
