I loved Juelz Santana so much I named my son after him..My son Zion Juelz passed away so that's why I made his middle name my last name and I changed my first name to my daughter's who passed away. Her name was Sarai Imani....that's the history of Sarai Juelz...Sarai passed immediately, Zion lived 18 days 5 years and 2 days apart....RIP to my babies...

@up2it, black women have the highest incidence of AIDS statistically, because they're more likely to go to public clinics which are required to give information to the government if they want to continue receiving public funding; private clinics don't have to do that, so numbers are skewed.
It's the same reason why the numbers are so out of whack for alleged STI/STD transmissions. Go to a public clinic or hospital and your information is going to be sent out to the feds anonymously. Go to a private clinic or hospital, and that's not quite going to happen.
@umafairuza ur absolutely wrong, i've workef at two different private practices for eight years... Im sure the doctirs dont report stds, but anything communicable like hiv/aids, meningitis or anything that can harm the public has to be reported to the dept of health, public or private health care setting, u just sounded like a complete dummy! If ur gonna make a statement, state the facts
@Honeydip26, you just stated 'I'm sure the doctors don't report STDs' in the private clinics you worked for. And I had stated before you that the number were skewed, because all PUBLIC clinics have to report that information in order to receive funding. Private clinics have in the past been notoriously lax about sending that information out to the feds. I read one nih.gov report from 10 years ago that stated private physicians were more likely to place the onus on contacting the health department with *patients*, instead of doing it themselves.

@Honeydip26, I ain't trying to start nothing or give out fake info. I apologize if it appeared that way. I didn't know about this *** myself until a couple MTO readers talked about the bs involving Planned Parenthood, the feds, prior difficulty getting stats for research purposes from private clinics, the new linking to funding, and possible HIPAA concerns, a couple years ago. I no longer completely trust health stats that don't explain where the #s came from. It's the health version of how the crime stats are skewed. That's all.
