She looks pretty. And I think it is okay to wear the heels now because she is in first trimester but after a while she needs to lose the heels. Pregnant women already have back pains and heels will only make it worse and cause other problems as well. She don't want to risk slipping and falling and injuring herself or the baby. Some cute flats will be just fine for a couple months until you have that baby then you can walk out the hospital in your Christian Louboutins if you want to.

There is nothing wrong with wearing heels while pregnant. If you are comfortable wearing them, then it's fine. The only real problem would be falling in them.
