Yes, there is surgery to get rid of bunions, but unless you have bunions then you don't realize that surgery is surgery no matter how you slice it. In Imans case maybe she should not wear the type of shoes she has on, but she is wearing the shoes that fit around her bunions. Maybe she would rather have ugly feet than go under the knife!
