VINNY IS NOT LAME! He's actually the most educated on the show next to Ronnie. Pauly D is cool as well. The lamest dude on the show is Mike. Vinny is getting hotter and hotter every season. All of these he's going through now is just because he's young. He's from a really good, close family, so he will most likely settle down (when he's ready) with the kind of girl he can bring home to his family. Notice how Vinny and Pauly seem to be more closer now than at the beginning of the show when it was originally Pauly and Mike. I really don't know the dude because I don't watch the show - nor most of any other show that is currently in production. @Kanga....hey! to answer your question even though I didn't comment on the Troy Davis issue....I would say yes. One thing I find about MT-Hoes site is that it draws people from all walks...even those who are not aware of the Davis issue. Right now (well at least at 7) the Supreme Court has postponed (not granted a stay) the execution. If MT-hoes mention it, then we can all choose to research it, thus causing one to make themselves aware.

@Kanga...you too were right about 'others agenda and not backing down'. The U.S. Supreme bitsHes have REFUSED TO BLOCK the execution and therefore Mr Davis will be put to death. You,re also right about the flawed judicial system. In the past 10 years at least 6 deathrow inmates have been exonerated through DNA in TX. FL. OH and one other state. Men who spent 26-30 years of their life behind bars only to be set free with the help of the Innocense Project. No compensation in the world can make up for those years.
To the person who said you,re anti-death penalty yet Davis was convicted, there was an appeal with new information, eyewitnesses have changed or totally recanted their story, there was no real evidence, and the individual allegedly responsible for the officers death was heard bragging. Since there is now reasonable doubt. There should be a stay issued as there is definitely no smoking gun. Yes the family deserves justice but a case where there is reasonable doubt can't be considered as justice.
...and by the way - with as many U.S. presidents (and outgoing governors) that have granted clemency/freedom, pardoned, commuted or rescinded sentences, nObama REFUSED TO SPEAK OUT and says he will not get involved. Well Kanga, like you said it is savage and barbaric. I'm seeing news reports now where there wasn't even a gun introduced into evidence. The man even offered to take a polygraph, while inadmissible (sp) would add to reasonable doubt. Reasonable...is anything that's "possible". If its not a definitive, there lies a possibility. And when there's a possibility, there is uncertainty. If there is uncertainty, then there is no "beyond the shadow of doubt". As expeditiously as they executed the man I'd have to wonder if he even got a last meal. News is stating he reiterated to the family his innocence, he wasn't the killer, apologized for their loss but they have the wrong man. smh - Oh, and you're right about no DNA evidence turning up later. Law enforcement swept that under the rug on the first appeal back in 1990.

Well, Bush pardoned 69, Clinton pardoned or commuted sentences for 456 people, Jimmy Carter granted clemency to 566, the first Bush granted 77, Reagan granted clemency to 406. Its always been a part of presidential powers.
Apparently "their president" LOL - I didn't vote for him....doesn't want to get involved because it's a state conviction....certainly some of the other pardons granted and sentences commuted were state convictions. (shrug)
