Being selfish trying to hold up on these worldly treasure - will kill your heart and you will be in your personal hell - if you understand what I mean then listen. I give money all the time if I have it ... that's not the issue ... the more I look at this picture - she stops to speak with him - but I fear that she didn't give him money because he didn't know who she was more then the idea that she just don't give to the homeless. She may have felt insulted and with that in mind knowing that camera's is always on her she left - but if you look at her face its clear that she is smiling at him because she knows that camera's are watching ... he simply insulted her because he didn't know who she was.

People really amaze me these days...WHY WAS SHE WRONG??? So if "she" was wrong, then I guess anybody else that crosses a homeless person's path and doesn't give 50cent, $1 etc., is wrong too? You never know what caused that person to be homeless...drugs, laziness, criminal history, self inflicted health issues...you never know. Sometimes I give and sometimes I keep it moving, it's just whatever I'm moved to do at the time. She may not have had any cash, but even if she did, she's not obligated to give anything. Most of the time, when you do give money to homeless people, they are just going around the corner to the liquor store or to the local drug dealer anyway, so why bother? Not to mention, most homeless people know where all the *** are and where they can actually get a meal or a temporary place to stay.

I don't give homeless people money anymore either I pass so many on a daily basis to and from my destination and was giving so often and to many of the same ones I see everyday who have decided to make begging a career for themselves. Once I started seeing people begging at every other street corner,outside of every store I go into,walking and dodging in between traffic to ask for money I said S.H.I.T! If I keep digging deep into my pockets going for broke, for people who have decided they are not going to work anywhere then I am going to end up out here hustling right beside them. So even if Ciara can afford it I don't blame her for not giving,because it encourages them to continue. Now I will dig deep for a talented street performer they can get paid....
I used to give to the homeless beggars ALL the time, and I wasn't even employed, if I had an extra dollar or spare change they could have it, I used to buy extra burgers to give to my homeless friend... But sometimes they can be ingrates and say "what can I buy with 50 cents?" and gimme a smirky look... *** if that's all I have be grateful I even gave you something! ***!
Give her a *** break. He can get his *** up and find a job or the proper resources to help him!! I've been homeless before and never begged for a dime. Just because she's famous doesn't mean she gotta cough up her money. Most of the time these homeless people use our money for drugs and alcohol and I'm not one on supporting someone else's habit. Maybe she doesn't have money to give. I use my visa debit card all the time, rarely do I have cash on me. Most homeless people are only gonna buy alcohol or drugs with the money anyway, so I give to *** that help homeless people. He didn't get money but he looks like he's enjoying the view as she walks away.

I often hear the primary pathetic excuse for not giving a beggar money is that the beggar may use the money for reasons unknown.
However, the point is not what a beggar will do with the money you give him-- that is not the point--the point is that you gave regardless of reason.

He/she who ALWAYS give spare change to the homeless cast the first nickel! Seriously, I know I don't always feel led to give, so I am not going to judge her for walking pass. As a matter of fact, I don't even give money anymore, but I will offer to buy a meal if time allows, but if I have things to do, I just say "sorry" and keep it moving.
