Why are black folks so quick to call someone *** who's a little different? Im no fan of chance but I didnt see any *** mannurisms on his reality show. He just has a different style and he's skinny. If a white guy has this same exact style, no one calls him *** just an individual. Now im a black woman that dates mostly non black men but the double standards are ridiculous when it comes to black men and non black men. Black men are always called *** now. The downlow stuff is bs. Its just another term for being in the closet and alot of white men are also in the closet, with wives and everything.
You know what............I still haven't figured these two brothers out...........because we could easily call them ***........but they grew up with two parents in the home........and didn't they grow up with mostly white kids? And we know that when some black people grow up mostly around white kids, they start trying to do what white people do i.e. trying to straighten they hair or make it appear less nappy, so it could be that this hairstyle has everything to do with him having a WKM (white kid moment) or he could be ***. I think that I need some more background info on this one to figure things out.

There are two white boys in some club right now rockin' the same style, and no ones calling them ***. White women love their Eminems, Robin Thickes AND their Russell Brands, and even that crazy looking Twilight kid! Why can't we accept our men when they're different? Oh, thats right. It's because alot of black women expect black men to be rich, educated thugs. Oxymoron, you morons. The rich and sucessful, good black men that have that sexy grown man swag, didnt get it from slinging on a street corner, or rapping. They aquired it after years of education and life expierence. You know, those years they spent chasing the pretty, but hood, chicks in school who called them corny, and only dated the athletes or the drug dealers? Now you're mad because the athletes that turned pro got a white or latina model, or the drug dealer got locked up and left you (still) single with 3 kids. That good man is now with an educated sister who has more sense then to call a black man *** or corny because he buys pants that fit. Or, he didn't have a good foundation of strong black women around and now he won't give black women the time of day. We can't seem to support our own men but are quick to call them sellouts when they run to white women. White men dont have to run to us, their women want them. Get it together Black America! All this downlow hype has gotten ridiculous. We need to stop being so narrow minded. If the time for "The Revolution" ever comes, white people dont have anything to worry about, us black folks will take each other out first. smh
