When I was pregnant with BOTH of my children I wore heals all the way til the end of my pregnancy. I never once fell!! Some people are great with balance and every pregnancy is different some women do not feel uncomfortable wearing heels at any point during their pregnancy, I didn't. If I did, then I would have thrown the flats on. Leave her alone and worry about what you would or wouldn't do in your own pregnancy. HATERS!!!

I am not a Beyonce fan but I'm convinced that half of your are GED rejects! First of all the picture of the alleged fold was actually her bending forward causing the dress to fold and stretch out and someone snapping a picture at an angle..Secondly the doctor only advises against wearing heels because of the weigh and gravity is constantly moving thus the equilibrium could be off..Third Beyonce is not only a singer she is a brand which means even when she is not on stage she still handling business and who conducts business in sneakers? You can get away with wearing casual clothing if you dress it up with heels and fourth Beyonce is naturally small, the times she gained weight were for movies and the directors will tell you that it was hard for her to gain weight thus in Fighting Temptations production was delayed because she had not gained enough weight..When you're in shape as a pregnant women then pregnancy is easy as will her delivery any good obgyn (not these half phased doctors Medicaid sends you to) will tell you to exercise to help labor go smoothly..body swelling during pregnancy comes from a poor diet..it is excessive salt that makes the body retain water thus you get swelling feet, hands, and face...she is not wearing a fake belly she is wearing a band to support her growing belly to reduce back pain because she has a small frame...now if you want to get technical there are doctors that say any woman pregnant or not wearing heels all the time is bad...People please use common sense if you have it. You all sound bitter and utterly ridiculous..why the heck would she need to fake a pregnancy? Just because half of you have had illegitimate children from men that dont care enough to marry you before he knocks you up does not make you an expert..She's young, she's financially stable, and she's having a baby from her HUSBAND! Society's view of small and the scientific view of small are different. Of course if she's not a size 2 she is considered heavy. Most black women have hips and thighs but a true testament of size is the waist and BMI. Historically child bearing hips refer to a small woman that has hips. If a woman has a small pelvis it would be near impossible to have a natural birth there would need to be a c-section done. It is still early in her pregnancy, maybe the heels don't affect her at all. She is one of those women who love their heels. I like wearing sneakers, boots and flip flops. Heels are not an absolute must everyday. To each his own. That's why they have more than one type of footwear. I can't help but expect her to look different as this whole process continues. Beyonce has fooled me at least once before and may very well do it again.
